Internal Family Systems Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a client-centered, collaborative therapy that empowers you to become the expert in your own healing journey. Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based therapeutic model that views the mind as made up of different “parts” or subpersonalities, each with its own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. These parts often develop as a response to life experiences, particularly trauma, and can become stuck in patterns that negatively impact our mental health and well-being.

In IFS therapy, we identify and work with these parts to bring them into harmony. This process helps you reconnect with your core Self—the inner wisdom, compassion, and creativity that reside within you. Somatic Yoga Therapy

Somatic Yoga Therapy blends traditional yoga practices with somatic therapy to support healing through the mind-body connection. This deeply individualized approach invites you to slow down, tune into your body’s sensations, and explore how stress, trauma, and emotions may be held physically and emotionally.

Sessions integrate gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and body-awareness practices to release tension, restore regulation, and cultivate a sense of grounding, safety, and inner clarity. Together, we create a personalized program tailored to your needs and goals, whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, insomnia, or trauma-related symptoms.

This body-centered work goes beyond talk therapy, helping you build the capacity to notice, tolerate, and process sensations and emotions with curiosity and compassion. Ceremonial Offerings

Ceremony has been a sacred practice across cultures for thousands of years, offering a meaningful way to connect, honor transitions, and support healing for both individuals and communities. Entering ceremony is an invitation into intentional space — one that holds care, reflection, and possibility. If you’ve never participated before, this can be a gentle, guided introduction.

Ceremonies may be held individually or in community, depending on your needs and intentions. They can support grief, life transitions, new beginnings, healing, or the honoring of a person, relationship, or space.

Engaging in ceremony can be deeply restorative, nourishing the heart, calming the mind, and helping the body settle into a sense of grounded presence. Through intentional ritual, you may find renewed clarity, connection, and alignment with your personal truth.

Ceremony can take many forms — from honoring significant life events to simple, intimate rituals such as lighting a candle with intention for healing, release, or honoring. Each experience is thoughtfully created to reflect what feels meaningful and supportive for you.

Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle, heart-centered energy healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Originating in Japan in the early 20th century, Reiki works through light, intentional touch (or hands held just above the body) to help restore the natural flow of energy and invite the body into a state of deep calm and healing.

Many people experience Reiki as deeply soothing, often reporting a sense of peace, emotional release, and reconnection with themselves. Research suggests Reiki may support improved sleep, reduced stress, and enhanced mood, while helping ease symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Sessions offer a quiet, nurturing space to rest, reset your nervous system, and receive care without needing to “do” anything. Reiki can be especially supportive during times of transition, grief, burnout, or when you simply need space to reconnect with your inner calm.

Community Trauma Informed Yoga Offerings

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group Therapy

Currently being offered in person at The Willow Collective on Wednesdays from 4:00–5:00 PM. Private insurance is accepted, with sliding-scale private pay options available.

This group is open to all bodies and is designed for trauma survivors, including those experiencing PTSD or CPTSD, who are seeking a safe, supportive space for healing in community.

Rates and Investment

Investing in your healing is a meaningful step toward caring for yourself and the life you want to create. My session rates range start at $150 depending on the service and level of support.

Insurance may be accepted for certain offerings (BCBS, United, Aetna), and a limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available to help increase accessibility.
